The terms and conditions on this page apply to the mm52 platform (https://mm52.mom) and all related services. By accessing mm52's website for the first time, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.
mm52 reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes are made is considered acceptance of the updated terms. Players are therefore advised to review this page periodically.
mm52's services are available to users aged 21 and over only. Anyone under 21 may not use this platform.
Account Registration and Management
1.1 Account Registration Requirements
To register an account on mm52, the following requirements must be met—
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must be a resident of a country where this is permitted under Myanmar law.
- You must register using accurate personal information only.
- Each individual may register only one account.
mm52 may close any account registered with false information without prior notice, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.
1.2 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username / password) confidential. Players are fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact mm52 customer support immediately.
- Do not use passwords that are shared with others.
- Do not use well-known personal information as your password.
- Never share your password with mm52 staff — mm52 will never ask for your password.
1.3 Account Closure and Restrictions
mm52 may close or restrict a player's account in the following cases—
- When a terms and conditions violation is found
- When fraud or irregular activity is suspected
- When activity related to money laundering is found
- When the player requests it themselves (responsible gambling)
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
2.1 Deposit Guidelines
You can deposit at mm52 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
- Deposits must be made only from a bank account or payment method registered in the player's own name.
- Third-party payments are not accepted — if found, funds will be returned at the exchange rate.
- Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been used for play.
Please note that each bank and payment method may have its own terms that apply when making a deposit.
2.2 Withdrawal Guidelines
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
- Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5–30 minutes of submission.
- Withdrawals should use the same method as the deposit — if different, mm52 will verify before processing.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met (see bonus terms).
- Large withdrawal amounts from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be put on hold.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
3.1 First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)
When you open an account at mm52 and make your first deposit, you receive a bonus of 100% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 15—
- Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, account balance becomes 40,000 Ks, wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
- Example 2 — Deposit 420,000 Ks, receive maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, account balance becomes 620,000 Ks, wagering required: 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks
Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. If you attempt to withdraw after receiving a bonus before completing wagering, the bonus amount may be cancelled.
3.2 Bonus Restrictions
- The bonus can only be claimed once — one per person, one per phone, one per IP.
- If you switch to different games using only bonus funds before wagering is complete, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Additional terms stated in mm52 bonus announcements also apply.
- There may be restrictions on using the bonus in jackpot and high-stakes games.
3.3 VIP Cashback and Other Promotions
mm52 has 5 VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Players move up levels based on their play activity and can earn cashback—
- Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
- Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week
Cashback wagering conditions apply as stated in the relevant announcement.
Fair Play Policy
4.1 Prohibited Practices
mm52 works to ensure all players can play on a fair and equal basis. The following practices are strictly prohibited—
- Using software or bots to play automatically
- Players colluding to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
- Exploiting system errors to gain funds unfairly
- Using a VPN or proxy to hide your location and access the site
- Pre-arranged play between players (Match Fixing / Colluding)
If any of the above is found, mm52 has the right to close that player's account and forfeit the remaining balance.
4.2 RNG (Random Number Generator) and Fair Play
mm52 uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology in software-based games (Slots, Crash Games, Virtual Games). This technology generates each game result completely at random, so players should understand that winnings or losses cannot be predicted in advance.
Live Casino games are operated by human dealers, and their decisions are final.
4.3 Game Result Disputes
If a player wishes to dispute a game result, they must notify mm52 customer support within 14 days. Cases raised after 14 days cannot be processed by mm52. mm52's investigation decision is final.

Limitation of Liability and General Disclaimer
6.1 Service Interruption
mm52 may temporarily suspend services due to maintenance, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. mm52 will not be liable for any games, winnings or bonuses lost during such interruptions — however, your account balance will not be affected.
6.2 Legal Jurisdiction
These terms must be followed in accordance with the player's local laws. Accessing services from jurisdictions where gambling is not permitted is solely the player's responsibility, and mm52 will not be liable.
